Oh great Big Bro goes to college, nothing like a police state education. Some chucklehead in the Gov't claimed the "war on terror" was over so why are they increasing these "security" measures? Why are they not ending the Patriot Acts, Homeland Security? Why are we going to see U.S./Russian airborne troops drilling in Colo. next month? Why are DHS/USDA buying hundreds of millions of HP rounds? IF the war is over....

The War on Terror was never about "terrorists". ALL of the terrorists after 9/11 turned out to have been FBI/CIA patsies. Homeland Security was, and always has been, for the American people. Not the "terrorists" who "hate us for our freedoms". TSA is being expanded out of the airports, too. And what did the crowd who suffers from Ostrich Syndrome said? "If you don't like the TSA, then don't fly!" Right, they are going onto bus and train stations now, and Tennessee hosted a TSA checkpoint on one of its Interstates recently.

Your ID is very accurate my non-sheeple friend....Yep I am headed to VT next week on a Greyhound bus and have to be careful what I pack since I'll roll thru DC/NYC on the way up. I do not like going thru the NY PA terminal without a "friend" or 2 handy but now when you buy a bus ticket on the ticket is says by purchasing that ticket and boarding the bus you or your bags may be searched at will. Oh well.........

I would hate to be a student at WKSU and be nothing but a guinea pig for the government studying better ways of surveillance of all of us. I think it is pretty obvious that if they can institute something like this it will take enough people checking on the rest to keep everyone employed. No more unemployment, but no more freedom of movement, either.
