Coincidentally enough the 2008 Presidential Election was the first time a Democrat carried the state since the 60s.

Dozens charged with election fraud in Va. in connection with the 2008 election - Virginia Politics - The Washington Post

More than three dozen people have been charged with election fraud in Virginia in connection with the 2008 election, in some cases for registering to vote despite disqualifying felony convictions, state police said.

In the years since Virginia helped put Barack Obama in the White House, 38 people in the Commonwealth have been arrested on either felony or misdemeanor election fraud charges. A warrant has been issued for a 39th, said police spokeswoman Corinne Geller.

State police compiled those figures recently in response to a request from the Richmond Times-Dispatch. The newspaper was examining the prevalence of voter fraud, which was a hotly debated topic during this year’s General Assembly session.

This pales in comparison to electronic voting issues. They are planning federal grant money to encourage internet voting. One of those 4 companies is in Spain backed by GS. Another voting company is also GS and Big bank money. It goes on and on. NM the machines are closed and totally hackable remotely, leaving no trace.

You aren't seeing MCM info about this issue though.

Voter fraud will be high tech and undetectable soon.

Internet voting is the worst kind. Yes I think if you mail out ballots too late and you give federal grants you will encourage it. I mean look at all the military toys the police buy, like LRAD.

38 out of 3.7 million voters hardly indicates a crime wave.

More proof that we do not have a voter fraud problem in this country.
