I am half black and I will say something most blacks will refuse to say in public or even out loud amongst themselves:
Several white people are just sitting around and one says that blacks are a parasite and that they have to watch each others backs before they attack them. Unless they're some really racist pricks, most of the other whites will get uncomfortable with that person and slowly creep away, and perhaps one may speak up.
But, same scenario, only it's black people and one starts saying whites are parasites and that they need to watch their backs around them. A chorus of "hell yeahs" will go up and if there is any disagreement, it wont reign its head for fear of offending their "brothas". And if a person in the group is mixed and just heard his white parent, EVEN IF THAT PARENT RAISED THEM called "a parasite", he or she had better shut up, or else...
I know because I've seen similar scenarios.
Anyway, the New black Panther Party is certainly a dangerous black supremacist cult, just like the Nation of Islam and the Black Hebrew Israelites (whom have nothing in common with real black Jews, like the kind in Ethiopia)
They are just as disgusting as the KKK, Aryan Nations or any other fascist organization. The Old Black Panther Party?...well, they were not as much a racist organization as they were militant radicals, who made it clear that they had nothing against whites as much as they were against oppression, real or imagined, that was taking place at the time. They were just sixties and seventies radicals: kind of disturbing that they exist but at the same time, it would be even more disturbing to go after them if they didn't actually do anything illegal.
In America, you have the right to have an unpopular opinion, and as long as you're not hurting anyone, you have the right to be heard.
But I must say...why is it the same leftists who would show up with hundreds of protesters and get violent when the KKK comes to town and has a little rally do NOTHING when a black supremacist group shows its ugly head? NOTHING
If a Nazi group set up a table in NYC and started ranting about whites being the master race, they would be ran out of town (and rightfully so) but the Black Hebrew Israelites do it, and nobody does anything.

Just face it: America is silent when it comes to dealing with black racism. As a lighter skinned mixed person, I've faced more racism from blacks then most blacks want to admit exist...AND NONE SAY IT'S WRONG.
I mean, look at it this way: what if a white male entertainer called mixed girls "mutts" and said they were, essentially, for his sexual needs only? He would be condemned, forced to apologize, etc etc...a black man says that about half black, half white women, and it's perfectly fine: no outrage.
Not to mention the whole reverend Wright "oh, you just don't understand black culture" crap. Let me say this: I grew up on Elizabeth, NJ, surrounded by black people and at times I was treated as one of them. I know black culture...and it has issues. Being accepting of racism within itself more so than white culture has for fifty years is one of those issues.

I will say this: there was no comparison between the Original Black Panthers and the KKK. The KKK was founded based on hate and fearmongering. The Original Black Panthers were founded for protection and to educate Blacks about rights they weren't aware of. Violence did sometimes ensue, but what people fail to discuss is that the violence was usually in response to violence perpetuated by whites against Blacks. Fire hoses, dogs, etc.
The New Black Panthers are less focused and more violent than educational and helpful. However, I still would not compare them to the KKK. The KKK is in a league of its own.
