For all of those on the (far) left who love to look to our neighbors to the north for their alleged superior healthcare, highly regulated banking system, and better government style overall, I fully wait for your endorsement of this plan for the US.

Well, let us begin with a time period you'd give to the plan before it has an influence. When should we see it? Immediately? Six months down the road? A year? Two years? Fives years?...
