Only in the minds of the RWNJs. You know who you are.

Did Obama's predecessor have a similar agenda?

<crickets chirping>

Looks like the liberals have their head in the sand on this one. Typical response - "what about when Bush..."

You mean, one of those people working for the oil industry? They were singing...

"Drill, drill, drill... burn, burn, burn... cheap oil is forever"

And so have y'all been. Because, having head stuck in a sand is, clearly, more comforting to many.

Have you ever heard of a president who raises gas prices in order to get re-elected? The claim is too ridiculous to be true, and that is why no one bothers to discuss it.

Who in the world has said or implied that he "raises prices in order to get re-elected"? No one has made such a claim. You should watch the video again. I'm simply asking for someone please to explain it, defend it, or comment on it. So far, NO ONE HERE has done so.

Then what do you mean by "hidden agenda"? Neither the gas prices nor that this is an election year are what I see as "hidden".

If a president had some kind of secret lap-top in his office which he can use to change the oil prices, he would LOWER the price, NOT raise it during election year. Get it?
