She could be UBL for all that matters, the deputy crossed the line and deserves to be fired. The female deputy suspended and put before a review board.

As even in the update, shows...she was not arrested.

About the video...wow, yeah. That didn't seem necessary
I don't understand your point?

One thing in all of this is certain: That cop doesn't know how to throw an elbow. An elbow strike is one of the most powerful options in a fight and should have at minimum subdued her and quite possibly broken her jaw.

The point is that 'mentally challenged' don't all react to fear and aggression by spitting.

Just like everyone else (since they are everyone else) they react in different ways.

Police brutality aside, those cops need to hit the gym.

Sure they don't but it is a common reflex for them, in my experience. I do not fault this person, I only wish they would have "defended" themself more, as the jackarse deserved it.

I honestly didn't see to much I disagreed with in that video. It looked like he slapped her at one point in time, that was really the only over the line part of it for me. However, her actions after that kind of shed a different light on what happened in the 5 minutes before the video started.

It had crossed the line and was over the top for me when he elbowed her.

That was not police brutality.Thousands get pulled over or questioned daily and if they just do as the police ask you will be on your way.She resisted and I though the cops handled it pretty good. She's lucky she did'nt get slammed on her head

I've worked in the field for 10 years and know of 1 individual who spit out of anger.

Some do, some don't. Just like everyone else.
