If a deadly flu outbreak occurred and we only had enough vaccine for a few, who should get it first? (illegal, independent)

Katiana, you'd do well to speak for yourself when it comes to vaccines. There's millions of folks that will refuse the next Flu Vaccine just as they refused the H1N1.
The radio commercials and first news reports as that Vac. was released were hilariously trying to use psychology. They'd tell us how many doses were shipped into town, and for us all to remain patient and calm, LOL! and not jealous that the first responders and pregnant women got theirs first.
That of course failed to have a ton of folks running for the thing. Wonder if they ever counted and admitted how much leftover they had.

Talk about cherry picking! Here's something else he said:
He believes that although the H1N1 vaccine arrived later than expected, the mass immunization effort kept the epidemic from becoming worse, especially among a primary carrier - young people.
"The people who harbored the disease either got the vaccine, or got sick from it. And that kind of put the stop on it," Dr. Damsker said.
Handwashing is always important, but flu is primarily an airborne disease.
Health care workers, police, armed forces, top government in the cabinet, pilots, truckers that deliver supplies, transportation workers, parents of small children and all children the list goes on...
Well "first" would be those who want it. Certainly I wouldn't be on that list. Couldn't pay me.
