Islamophobia in the UK: Muslim baby removed from home for risk of Islamic honor killing - Jihad Watch

Quote:
LONDON (Reuters) - A baby at risk of becoming the victim of an "honour killing" because she was born as the result of her unmarried Muslim mother's secret affair must be adopted to keep her safe, the Court of Appeal ruled on Wednesday.

Looks like a few judges are starting to understand Islam, despite the PC wall of smoke. While I believe taking a child away from a parent is an extreme act, in this case it may have saved her life and I beleive the judge did the right thing (also the child's mother wanted the child to be adopted). The married man whom she had the child with wanted to have the child live with him and his wife. The judge correctly realized that it was likely he would have tried to restore his honor (for his adultry) by killing the child. What a F***ed up society that thinks that way.
