Kim Jong Il of North Korea, a Stanlinist-style nation with a 1 million-man army that has been a thorn in the side of the U.S. since the Korean War. In recent years the U.S. has sought to persuade Kim to give up his small nuclear weapons program, offering economic aid and diplomatic favors as a bargaining chip. But the U.S. accuses Kim of repeatedly reneging on promises to disarm while selling weapons expertise abroad. The U.S. and other nations accused Pyongyang last year of torpedoing a South Korean navy ship and shelling a South Korean island. With the North Korean leader believed to be gravely ill, the key to Washington's future relations with Pyongyang may be Kim's son and heir apparent, Kim Jong Un.
All we have to do is tell China that we would not mind if they added NK to their Empire of the Han.
BTW - I did not approve of the wars in Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, or Yemen. I would never approve of a war with North Korea (an extermination of Kim Ill Ding Dong and family but not a war) or anywhere in Central or South America.
Russia may have something to say about a war against North Korea,
considering Russia's border with North Korea is 70 miles from Russia's
Pacific Fleet Navy base.

The war could be a joint operation between Russia, South Korea, China, the UN, the EU and the United States.
Japan could provide logistical support. S. Korea could provide intelligence while Russia and China could provide ballistic missile support. Our Special Forces could lay the groundwork for our Stealth bombers.
This is for the people of North Korea, the world's largest prison camp.
If we liberated the Jews from Poland then why not the Koreans from Korea?
If you supported the war in Iraq, you should support a war with North Korea.
I did not support the war with Iraq but did support the one with Afganistan, and do not support one with North Korea (leave em to the Chinese to deal with)
I support the war in Afghanistan because Obama does.
