For the record, I also view those who follow religion as incapable of ever being a true leader. Simply because they don't have the guts to "call BS" when they see it.

Exactly, you don't need to go to a building once a week for an hour to have a relationship with God. Organized religion is a sham.
Many liberals feel that religion is a personal relationship with a higher being and shouldn't be shoved down everyone's throat.

Sorry, you are probalay right, I have already seen another thread where they claim their Uncle Paul says Obama is nearly a Dictator, the moonbat crazies here are getting stranger and stranger. During the last elections I was on another board and it got so out of hand every Moderate and Liberal left the site to allow it to sink into oblivion, which it did. We have a entire year to go, I have the feeling many of us will be doing some time out gigs and the mods will be working OT.

Only 4% of priests (a profession that's a magnet for pedophiles due to the abundance of naive, trusting children) has been accused of sexually abusing kids. Perpetuating the idea that priests are just pedophiles that haven't been caught yet is at best misleading and at worst, a hateful rant against people who are typically overwhelmingly generous, kind and charitable.
Why is it acceptable to negatively stereotype Catholic priests, but doing so with most other groups is treated as bigoted hate speech?
That's true, the GOP is very similar to islam nations in they would love to have religion and government go hand in hand, non stop war and violence, a small handful of elites owning everything while everyone else is in mass poverty,..
