Every winter people die in house fires started by electric space heaters. Let's pass the word. Tomorrow, change the batteries on your smoke detector and inspect your fire extinguisher. You should also shake your fire extinguisher to keep the dry chimical powder loose. If you don't have a smoke alarm or fire extinguisher, they can be purchased for as little as $10 each. $20 is a small price to pay for your life. If you have elderly neighbors or family, stop buy to visit and offer to check their smoke alarm and fire extinguisher for them. If they don't have one, buy them one and install it for them as an early Christmas present.
