It seems the news media can dig up an item on the Republican Presidental contenders at a whim. Now why can't they vette the Democratic Presidental contender, we still don't know Obama's grades, or anything about his past not even college friends and it's been 3 years.

Do you really think that Obama's grades are any where as interesting as a sex scandal story???

Surely you jest!

As for the college friend meme, that's been busted for years.

So that you can catch up:

snopes.com: Barack Obama at Columbia

Old friends recall Obama's college years - The Associated Press - POLITICO.com

FactCheck.org : Obama at Columbia University

No one has to dig, the republicans are saying stupid things everyday it seems. When a democrat says something ridiculous like suggesting we electrocute Mexicans, I'm sure it will be on the news.

Don't try to bring reason into this. It's easier for angry, old people to pull things out of their backside and just whine.

I mean, why would the press want to publicize two sexual harassment charges. I mean, a Democrat would get a pass on that.

Just look at Anthony Weiner. Total double standard. There was no coverage of his sex scandal. Was there SilverOne?

I'm sure SilverOne hasn't heard about Weiner. I mean had Weiner been a Republican, the story would have been front and center for weeks and the guy would have had to resign. Such a double standard, right SilverOne?

SilverOne knows that the foot tapping under the stall to get sex by Larry Craig was all a liberal conspiracy. They tricked him into have sex in bathrooms with random. All a conspiracy right Silverone?

It's not that you listen to right wing radio that appeals to emotions and not rational thought.

The mainstream media WANTS Obama re-elected. They are mostly liberal. They won't dig up any dirt on him or if they do they won't post it---at least not on front page---maybe in the back pages.

Did Obama sexually harass two women in the 90's?

Please show me a link where a REPUBLICAN suggests that we electrocute MEXICANS?

Oh you mean Cain's comment about having a electrified border to stop illegals from coming through? Oh, that comment (which by the way I agree with - if you know a fence is electrified and you have told not to cross...yet you do, it is YOUR fault).

Nice try spinning that one into something else.

If a conservative was the subject of that New York Times headline, they would take the words old, bit, and young out and it would read ''Friends Say Drugs Played Part in So and So's Life''. They don't have to be blatant in their bias, subtlety makes all the difference in the world.

This little bomb dropper on the "hype" that continues to be spewed around here just got me to laughing out loud and made me think of this diddy.

Enjoy ovcatto
