Texas: Muslims including two on FBI watch list arrested in break-in at county courthouse

Quote:
SAN ANTONIO -- Three men described by law enforcement officials as Muslim were taken into custody early Wednesday morning after a break-in at the Bexar County Courthouse. Two of the men are on the FBI's watch list.
Bexar County sheriff's officials responded to a burglary alarm at 1 a.m. and found two men walking outside the building, sheriff's officials said.

The men were arrested after sheriff's officials determined they broke into the building through a door on the fourth floor, sheriff's officials said.

Surveillance video showed the men walking into the building with an item in their hands, but they did not have the item when they walked out of the courthouse, sheriff's officials said. Investigators have not said whether that item was recovered of what it may be.
On the radio I heard the Joint Terrorism Task Force was questioning five men in connection to this incident. It looks like they were casing several courthouses across the country. What was the item they took inside the courtroom but didn't take out? A bomb? A container of Anthrax? A box of chocolates for a cute court reporter that they had a crush on? Who knows but I wouldn't want to set foot in that building until they find it.

More on the story. It is being investigated as a burglery and not as a terrorism case. Texas: Five Muslims who broke into courthouse and had traveled to high-level security facilities all over the country being investigated as burglars, not as terrorists
