1. They have famines there like clockwork over the last 10 years.

2. USA and SK among others have given aid in the past, in return they sank one of SK's destroys with a torpedo attack last year. Let China deal with them.

3. Fortunately Jimmy Carter won a nobel peace prize for being a democratic president....oh wait....the award said for the nuclear disarming of north korean. LMAO.

Actually California would be one of the G-8 on its own and they probably pay for programs in your state since the get less than they put in to the Federal government
