Exactly. Another fantasy from 0-bama. Additionally, I would wager that if this were to go through a significant portion of the money would not go toward its stated goal. Give the government any money and they will waste it on themselves and pet un-needed projects.

The merit of the Senate Democrats' tax proposal is that it removes the fig leaf of a "jobs bill" so we see it is really all about redistribution.
