Solyndra sensitivity? “The most open Administration in history” barring reporters from Obama’s tech fundraisers

Quote:
In a week in which Silicon Valley is the focus of intense news coverage, the White House that promised the “most open administration in history” has made an unusual move — barring local reporters from covering a pair of high priced presidential fundraisers in the tech region Sunday.

...
But in a rare move — and a departure from the President’s previous trips to California – local media have been informed that the White House will not allow any of their representatives to act as a “pool” reporter and file reports from those events.

Thank you to Diane Sawyer & Brian Williams for not bothering to cover those Solyndra exces taking the Fifth Amendment on Friday, and thank you to Scott Pelley for generously allocating a whopping twenty-five seconds of coverageto this story.

How many times must politicians lie before voters stop believing them? It never ceases to amaze me how many people take politicians at their word. They listen eagerly to the debates and all the false promises and then get offended when they realize that they have been duped yet again.

Obviously it is the American voter that is "stuck on stupid."

Somehow I think the clips of the Solyndra execs pleading the fifth will be strategically threaded into the Republicans' 2012 campaign spots...it'll get lots of air time then.

Typical leftist media.

On one hand if they report it often enough, it must be true.

On the other if they don't report it at all it didn't happen.
