It takes corruptable politicians for corporations to take advantage of taxpayer's money. Don't drink the kool-aid of class warfare, look at the big picture. What we have is a facist economy where the government has publicized corporate debt/losses and privatized profits after taxpayer $$ has been used to bail out those winners chosen by the government as "too big to fail".

Several million citizens could go back to work at once if it weren't for him, and Bloomberg should no better; look at how those three entities have decimated NY state's economy over the past three decades, as well as several other liberal states where those three interest groups call the shots.
Bloomy likes cheap labor & we are being replaced by illegals & outsourcing of companies

Clinton signed it into law. Do you not recall that campaign debate between Bush Sr., Perot & Clinton where Perot was warning of the "giant sucking sound" of the USA losing jobs while Clinton & Bush Sr. were supporting moving NAFTA forward?

I never said corporate America could not create jobs. I said that they didn't exist for the sole purpose of creating jobs. Blaming corporate America for not creating jobs is no more logical than blaming my cat for not creating jobs.

You can't blame clinton for something that was not his brain child.

Some conservative pundits claim that the clinton era economic boom was due to policies put in place during the Reagan years. Further, said pundits also state that economic policies take 20 years to manifest. If that is so then the economic policies of daddy bush are responsible for today's economic disaster.

I don't believe that obama is going to create any real growth either. So, the battle between the haves and have nots will continue. The middle class is wiped out.

Both camps will drive us to economic ruin, the republicans will make us all little serfs and the democrats will just keep borrowing money. There isn't a one of them in DC that are worth a flip and none of them have the best interest of the American people at heart and until citizens see that and decide to stop waving red or blue this crap will continue.

Jobs are a consequence of making a profit. Seventy percent of the US economy is based on the average consumer. As the consumer base is shrinking by UE, stagnant wages, off-shoring ....you now want to bring your product back and the demand for your good or service is diminishing and as corporations continue this, the need for the corporation will close. No one will want your mess, no one will need your mess. It is inevitable. Now, those who are legislating the tax breaks (and encouraging it) to offshore all of the jobs are the very ones many of you are in lock step with, like lambs to the slaughter.

I predict SHOOTING the rioters will stop the rioting. Rioters are not likely to riot if they know they will die doing so.

When people are desperate and hungry and feel they have nothing to lose, they won't care.
