Anybody ever notice that the 2 heavy hitters never appear on each other's shows on FOX NEWS??

Beck used to appear on Oreilly

They both use the same contributors and guests. But neither has been a guest on the other's show?

Anybody know why??

I'd vote for O'Reilly on that one. Hannity's one too, but I put him more in the "stupid partisan hack" category.

Both very strong and dominant personalities...probably don't like each other. Hannity more conservative and may not like OReilly's often middle of the road stances.

They don't like each other. What the reason for the dispute is, I don't know.

I have observed IRL that A type personalities often do not like each other. I guess each wants to be the top dog and it becomes a pissing contest.

Yes! Because both are the best hosts and don't need each other show. Beck was having the 5 pm time slot and not prime time hosts...Hannity also has his radio show that is very nice to listen to but I don't have much time for that

Don't worry. You're not missing much. I catch Hannity from time to time running errands after work, and while some of his guests are interesting (it's always good to know the other side's take on things), Hannity himself is intolerable. He's boorish, obnoxious, juvenile and clearly needs to work on his debating skills.

I'd lose fewer brain cells listening to Lady Gaga.

Maybe it would be too much of that "not so fresh" feeling for one program.

Dont think they care much for each other. I think O' Reilly, while he knows he is opinion, thinks Hannity is just over the top and unfair.
Hannity, who I can deal with in small doses, cares about himself. Ratings period. There are very few who have other shows that Hannity even talks to. Rush, Levin mostly. Hannity never liked Beck because he immediately saw Beck as a threat to his ratings.

I gotta side with OReilly no matter what the dispute is, if its something other than what I think. He seems more fair to me though with his type of personality he gets a little hard headed at times. But I think most of these hosts all have that in common. Nearly all of them left/right/whatever think they are right about everything.

I for one want to know when Rachel Maddow and Noah Wylie are going to appear together. I believe that they are one and the same person.
