It probably will be, they wont be held accountable for their actions. Look at the BP and Exxon spills. Private sector jobs where they got a slap on the wrist when things went bad.

I would think that safety would be more of an issue with privatization. When the federal government is in charge of the project, there is no liability for a poor safety record. No individual is charged if an error results in deaths, no individuals (or companies) money is lost in a settlement. This is not the case with a private company, where there is accountability and liability.
