I think I'm going to file a lawsuit claiming that I was victimized by a poor educational system in high school; I was never offered the option of a bomb-making class.

Ah yes, how many of us do not have fond memories of high school bomb-making class? I'm guessing if that is part of the curriculum then they probably don’t have big turnouts for their 20 year reunions. :)
