Times change, contracts are not for life....many times renogiation is needed to maintain the life of the business...

Scott Walker Padded Salary Increases for Cronies During Budgetary Distress: 24% Salary Increase for Aide with 2 Public Pensions
According to a February 18 New York Times editorial, “Just last month, he [Walker] and the Legislature gave away $117 million in tax breaks, mostly for businesses that expand and for private health savings accounts. That was a choice lawmakers made, and had it not been for those decisions and a few others, according to the state’s Legislative Fiscal Bureau, the state would have had a surplus.”
It’s appropriate then to backtrack to 2008 and Walker’s history of gilding the lily for his cronies while trying to break the back of working families becomes illuminated.

Walker has shown himself to be a corrupt SOB. Anyone defending this p-rick probably relates to this type of personality and would also abuse power if they had the chance.

Are you willing to discuss all the crony giveaways and hires that Obama has done since he was elected? No? I thought not. EVERY politicians do this, even the ones that promise the country that he wouldn't if they elected him.

I would if the subject of this thread was not about singing the praises of a dirtbag such as Walker. Don't deflect just because there is no way to make excuses for Walker's obvious corrupt agenda.
Were those contracts offering infinite pension and health sweeteners negotiated in good faith?
No.
What about the contracts for the pensions of the white collar workers at GM, whose pensions were wiped out completely while the unionized workers' were kept largely intact?
No comment on that, of course.
And of course, no comment from Far Left posters like this on how the pensions are consuming over 50% of the municipalities' budgets...

You MUST be fu--ing kidding me.
You troll in my thread some BS nonsense about Walker hiring a few people - at salaries dwarfed by what many public union employees make - and have no comment on how pensions for public union employees are now consuming OVER HALF of some cities' budgets?
Address the primary point of the OP and associated article - or take a hike, troll.

Roll your eyes as much as you want, French boy. I live in San Diego and our lifeguards are highly needed and appreciated. Mind your own business there in rural France.
