It's common knowledge and well-known throughout the free world that Bush and Republicans were very, very bad for this country. The "Contract with America" was an utter failure. A healthcare crisis was ever-present, yet it was ignored during the Bush years to focus on nation-building in parts of the world where we didn't belong. Bush put people on the Supreme Court who are regressive and partisan in their decisions. Bush did nothing to advance civil rights for black people; instead fostering an environment that made it fashionable and acceptable to be a good ol boy who discriminates. Sovereign nations were on edge because of the GOP's tendency to attack them unprovoked. Bush had no problem lying to Congress to gain their approval to plunge this country into two unnecessary wars. He had no problem lying to the american public about the progress of these wars, failing to state that we were losing or making no progress in them. Bush lied to get reelected. Bush mismanaged the economy so badly that we were heading for a Depression when he left, and the programs he created were far more pervasive in their harm than anyone imagined. We're still reeling from the stench of his presence in the White House. People in this country were appalled and disgusted with the GOP, the party of Bush, in 2008.

So Republicans, why are you better now? You appear to have regressed IMO.

Upholding the Constitution as it was written is regressive and partisan?

Black people have all the same rights as everyone else. What you're advocating for is special privileges because one is black, in other words racism against white people. Quit being stuck in the 1860s and join the rest of us in the 2000s.

You mean like Obama attacked Libya? How about when Clinton bombed the hell out of Serbia?

You mean the war that almost every Congressional Democrat voted for?

You mean it was Bush who forced banks to give people mortgages who could never pay them back? It wasn't Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and the Democrat Party?

I hope you Obama-ites keep blaming Bush in 2012, it will be an easy victory for whoever the GOP nominee is.

Most liberals have cured themselves from the 'Bush derangemrnt syndrome' and are now suffering from the 'Palin derangement syndrome'. But there are some who are suffering both syndromes at the same time. The brain can take only so much punishment before the person is restrained in a jacket with arms tied behind your back and you're in a padded cell.

Not to mention the fact that Republicans aren't the ones on the hot seat this time around, Democrats are. The Democrats controlled both houses of Congress from 2007 to 2011. They had a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate from 2009 to 2011. They still have a simple majority in the Senate. The Republicans never had a majority during the Bush years as wide as that of the Democrats from 09 to 11. Since Obama's been President, Democrats have controlled all of the instrumentalities of the federal government. All the Republicans are going to have to do is go down the list of all of Obama and the Democrats' failed policies. The Democrats are the ones who are going to have to defend them.

LOL, the dems seem intenet on making things twice as bad as they accused the Republicans. They have escalated from 2 wars to 4!

Obama took the deficit from $300 billion to over $1 trillion per year.

Obama has presides over persitently high unemployment.

There is simply no way to describe Obama as a success.

Too easy to tear this one apart, so i'll just save the effort and simply say......Barack Obama is no different than George W. Bush. The sooner liberals understand that, the better off they will be.
