Thanks a bunch, Protestors! Says the Capitol Experienced an estimated 3-5 years worth of wear in the 2 week period of protests!

Probably could have knocked down this part of the total $8 Million Dollar Tax Payer Expense, a bit,if only the Tea Party were allowed to voluntarily clean up as they offered. But, then that would violate Union Rules, right? "No Volunteering Allowed" - saves too much money. I think that was one of the mantra protest chants, wasn't it?
