Not knowing the whole story, I have to speculate a little here. If there were people inside, he could have killed someone. That would deserve at least that amount of time.

Because a drug crazed career criminal on meth, full of rage, who rams a 25 ton tractor into a building is not dangerous. It seems like you have a soft spot for this guy? Perhaps a harsh scolding and lecture should be in order, bad boy, bad boy.

lol, yes, he's a loser, but I don't want to pay his room and board for 20 years - there's gotta be a better way to handle dopers. Besides, he's got restitution to pay.
