I wouldn't call the voters "stupid". They voted for what they believed in and now since their own Senators can't take the heat in the kitchen, they flee and threaten not to return. The voters have spoken and the rats are the first to jump off the sinking ship.

If I were the Governor, I would allow the government to shut down until those 14 refugees return and reopen the function of the government. Let those Senators take the responsibility for their own actions and the resulting consequences...

I think voters in Wisconsin were concerned that the Democrats didn't have the answers they needed to get them out of a budget crisis, but I sure don't think they expected what they got instead. Wisconsin is not a radical state.

You think like that but do the voters of Wisconsin think the same way? Not all of them are union members and other brands of liberals or maybe they could have voted as you wanted them to.

It was a "throw the bums out" election over the economy--not a mandate for an entire conservative agenda, especially in a state like Wisconsin. The tea party didn't elaborate on HOW they were going to fix things, and now here we are.

It is stupid to call people stupid because they have a different opinion.

I bet many wish an election was being held tomorrow. I would not be surprised if others from a few other states are feeling the same way.

The Repubs want to cut benefits and salaries to everyone EXCEPT the rich and corporate fat cats. That is their agenda, so why vote for them and then cry when they do what they were elected to do?
