I'm sure the progressives are gleeful, given their demonstrated hope that private insurance will fail and UHC will rise from the ashes. Meanwhile, the poor and middle class will continue to suffer through Obamacare policies.

I guess I'm lucky..mine went up 20% rather than the normal 8-10% it had in the past.
Their explanation was that they had to raise rates to fund the pool of money they had because of the "kids up to 26" can be included.
And I totally understand the logic of that. Increase the numbers covered and you have to increase the pool of money to be able to cover them.

I guess I am even luckier than you because mine didn't go up at all.
Old story, they are just trying again since they failed last year. Same result expected.
