Of course for the past two years no he's forgotten his campaign promises....

Obama ready to deploy executive powers against GOP Hill | Washington Examiner (http://washingtonexaminer.com/politics/white-house/2011/01/obama-ready-deploy-executive-powers-against-gop-hill - broken link)

Obama said during his 2008 campaign that he wouldn't use signing statements, codicils presidents can attach to bills challenging
or refusing to enforce parts of a law, the way his predecessor, President George W. Bush, did. But since taking office, Obama issued signing statements on budgetary matters, foreign aid, commission appointments and more -- along with a memorandum promising to use "restraint" whenever exercising that power.

Err, close but not quite. What he actually said was:

PolitiFact | The Obameter: No signing statements to nullify instructions from Congress - Obama promise No. 516:

Quote:
"While it is legitimate for a president to issue a signing statement to clarify his understanding of ambiguous provisions of statutes and to explain his view of how he intends to faithfully execute the law, it is a clear abuse of power to use such statements as a license to evade laws that the president does not like or as an end-run around provisions designed to foster accountability. I will not use signing statements to nullify or undermine congressional instructions as enacted into law."

I wouldn't even say close since it appears that the OP is confusing Obama's campaign pledges with McCains
Both presidential candidates last year hammered Bush for the practice. Obama accused Bush of attempting to change the meaning of legislation and of trying to avoid enforcing statutes that he didn't agree with. But Obama did not pledge to get rid of the practice, saying at the time that its limited use could help to protect a president's "constitutional prerogatives" once in office.

That contrasted sharply with his Republican opponent, Sen. John McCain (Ariz.), who said during the campaign that he would never issue a signing statement as president. "Never, never, never, never. If I disagree with a law that passed, I'll veto it," he told The Washington Post.

Why would anyone expect the Washington Examiner to give them the truth about Obama?

Obama is being urged by his far left supporters to ignore the new Congress in January and to impose his will on the American people by using Executive Orders and Executive Branch regulatory agencies such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). For example, he will grant amnesty to millions of illegals in this country and continue to block both Federal and State agencies form arresting those entering our country illegally.

Millions of people “still don’t get it” and that is why far left Senators like Barbara Boxer and Harry Reid won their elections and will continue to assist Obama in the destruction of our nation.

Unless you've been under a rock it's pretty hard to miss
what's been going on

Your tinfoil hat is on a little too tight. If any of your premises were even 50% correct, it would be great.

But let's take care of a little maintenance m'kay? Since President Obama has taken office the arrest and deportation of illegal immigrants has skyrocketed. And how is the topic of illegal aliens in this country applicable to the FTC, FCC or EPA?

I guess you've been under that rock eh?
