There are things that I like about her, but overall I think that she's all wrong for the job of Commander In Chief.

The country is in a complicated mess. We need somebody very intelligent to deal with these problems, and quite frankly, I just don't think that she's got what it takes.

What do you think?

The one thing that her arrival on the US political scene suggests is that we have surely sunk to a new low in the pool of candidates for public office. That's not to say that I think she is not a decent person at heart, or that she is totally lacking in political savvy in comparison to some of the others I've seen, but just the thought that she is the best the Republican party could find is very troubling. I have seen the growing trend toward the elevation of candidates that resonate with the prole segment in the voting constituency, good smile, check, religious, check, posturing and pandering to the lowest denominator, check, celebrity type persona, check. It's a shame that we can't allow some of our brightest folks to run for office but America seems to love these types of people like Sarah simply because she has more in common with them than a true thinker which they abhor and shun in their own lives. Politicians, sad to say, are for the most part puppets of those who truly rule the land, in that way she would certainly fill the bill. Sometimes I have thought that it really won't matter at this point in our history who sits in the White house and on that note I get to thinking that maybe she would at the least give us some comic relief as the president of the crumbling empire.

Thanks to the world's greatest propaganda ministry, few have a clue to the problems facing Americans.

1. You've lived most of your life under a State of Emergency. (1933-2010)
2. You've witnessed the bankruptcy of the Federal government, or its aftermath. (1933)
3. You've been swindled into surrendering your birthright and endowment of your Creator, in exchange for charity from the public treasury - that you had to pay yourself, or charge to your children's children. (see: FICA)
4. Since 1933, no dollars have circulated. (No, "dollar bills" are not dollars - read the law, please!) (Title 12 USC Sec. 411)
5. By law, no one has "paid debt" and are presumed bankrupts. (In the Federal bankruptcy code, the term "bankrupt" was replaced with "debtor". Have you signed any "creditor / debtor agreements" recently?)
6. The national debt (or public debt) in excess of 13 trillion dollars, is not payable with dollar bills (which are debt, themselves - and a minus value). And that debt represents an obligation to stamp roughly 650 billion ounces of gold into coin. Problem? World wide supply (est. 2009) is only 5.3 billion ounces. Fort Knox depository allegedly holds 147.4 million ounces of gold bullion.
7. This impossible to repay debt CANNOT be questioned, BY LAW. (see: 14th amendment, section 4).
8. And you have volunteered to underwrite this fraud, by "voluntary" enrollment and participation in Socialist InSecurity and other programs. (Plus you've committed fraud if you claim to have earned or spent "dollars".)

Not even the hallowed Dr. Ron Paul will whisper aloud any mention of these problems.

Non-partisan bitter medicine for the USA
Bitter Medicine

To avoid the collapse of the U.S.A., the following changes should be enacted:

[] Eliminate conflicts of interest - any recipient of public funds, wages, benefits, entitlements is barred from voting - including office holders.

[] Eliminate all pensions funded from the public treasury.

[] Eliminate the socialist entitlement system, and the bureaucracy that administers it.

[] Reduction of government to essential functions : justice system (courts, etc), military (securing nation), and nothing more.

[] Severe penalties for bribery - whether giving or receiving - should be enacted. (Life imprisonment at hard labor or capital punishment.)

Remember, government has only two jobs:
[] secure rights (endowed by our Creator) and
[] govern those who consent.
Anything more is suspect.
Anything less is unacceptable.

I'm not sure. Not 1 but had to vote 1 since the choices where limited. I do know the more people hammer her the more I admire her. If she can stand up to that nastiness she would make a strong leader.

Interesting woman, believes the USA should use it's military to push the Russians out of Georgia.
Obviously she believes Russia is as weak as Iraq was, having a tactical nuke impact on any invading US forces would lead to what ?
