Charles Rangel told his fellow lawmakers Tuesday in a rambling floor speech that he's not resigning, despite 13 charges of ethical wrongdoing.
"I am not going away," the former Ways and Means Committee chairman declared in a defiant tone. "Fire your best shot in getting rid of me through expulsion."
The Obama administration and the congress is rife with corruption. Rangel is no different than the rest of them, so I see he has a point, as ridiculous as it might be.
Can anyone name one single Democrat who has ever resigned after being disgraced like this? They just don't care. Don't like what I did? FU!
