Atheism can be considered a religion because there is no proof beyond a reasonable doubt that a higher power does not exist. You are BELIEVING that a higher power doesn't exist as much as me believing that God exists. Get it? Atheism is a religion, a religion based on the non-existence of other religions. Just like AGW. That's a religion also. There is no proof beyond a reasonable doubt that man is causing climate change but people CHOOSE to believe it or not. See my point?
