Saving money by being lax about safety is the right thing, according to Repugs!

""regardless of their legal obligations, and all you liberals know how to do is attack and criticize.

Was BP not paying claims? Where they avoiding their legal obligations? Where they avoiding moral obligations? What exactly is your problem with BP for an ACCIDENT!!

These threads are starting to turn into left wing hate vs reality...

Bp didnt have to agree to the 20 billion or all the rest they did. They are trying to make this right while Obama plays golf, takes vacations and has parties.

So yeah thanks BP for stepping up to trying to clean up your mess and being accountable. Cause they dont have to spend over that cap to be honest

That evil evil oil company *Making a mean face*

Everyone's worried about who is going to pay and not on the real issue of what can I do to help.
Are American's really that selfish, as they have become to rely on our government to take care of it.

Who took care of the great San Fran Quake?
Who took care of the Galveston Hurricane?
Our Government didn't and things got done and done quickly.

Thats where Obama failed. Obama could have showed his ability to community organize and pull the nation together to help those in need. Rather than asking us to pitch in to give what was needed to limit damages, he was more concerned about passing blame and pushing his agenda.. Its rather sad because leaders lead, and thus far we've seen no leader in this matter..
