i included the last photo as an example of what happens sometimes if you just use the little lcd on the back of the camera to judge exposure and not the histogram.
not sure if you can see it on this low resolution shot but the noise level in the shadows got way to high.... it looked just fine on the lcd but should i should have believed the histogram more and shot furthur to the right. that would have made the photo look a little to bright and washed out a little in the colors but because of the dynamic range of the scene would have been the proper exposure.
i had a hard time doing any post processing on it, even sharpening because of noise and this wasnt a high iso or low light photo. it was just plain old under exposed bcause i did it visually vs what the histogram should have been.......
