When I and other owners moved into our new complex, we were promised that the pool would be completed and open by LAST summer. It wasn't completed until this July and was briefly open for the holiday weekend and then promptly closed again as it apparently hasn't passed inspection, and there is more electrical work to be done by the builder.

Some of the owners are up in arms and demanding a meeting of all parties, asking for a refund of part of their maintenance fees, etc. This particular owner decided she wasn't going to wait for the pool to open to cool off on a hot afternoon. I pulled out of my driveway and just had to go back for my camera.
