Little "luau" my fiance and I did last night. Slow cooked 16 hour Kalua pork, rice, Hawaiian sweet roll, tropical fruit skewers (pineapple, mango and kiwi), and Guava-grape wine from Volcano, HI

Wax worm hush puppy. I was one of the judges for the bug cook off.
Fried dragon fly with sauce. This was my favorite and I loved being the judge of it.
