Veterans Day, waiting on a pedestrian bridge for the parade over Gibson Boulevard, Albuquerque, NM. Wondering if I have

In this picture, you can see the ocean on both sides of the fence. The gated fence is private property to a pier. The bike is Shadow by Honda. Not mine, a guy I was dating owns it.
Both photos taken near where I live in Wyoming. The first is a mule deer buck right after a snow storm (11/13/09), and the second photo I took today, I thought they looked like neat little "winter flowers".
