Is it still OK to submit one photo right now and the second one later in the Month? There is such a huge difference here from the beginning of March and the end of March it is hard to believe. This is the month we lose 95% of the snow, the buds start to come out, the birds start to come back for the summer. It is the time the North awakens from a restful winter, refreshed and ready for a beautiful Summer.
