Hi!
I'm relocating from Delaware next month and am looking for recommendations for apartment complexes that are somewhat close to the 202/10 intersection or around the Chandler/Tempe border.
I've done a ton of searching online, but the reviews are either really mixed or pretty old. I've read plenty of complaints about maintenance and management, etc. at various complexes, but to be honest I'm primarily concerned about safety. Of course those other two areas are a big concern and I'm open to looking for a private rental instead based on whatever feedback I get here. I'd appreciate any help with this!
