I'm looking at renting at 32nd St & Beardsley but don't know a whole lot about the area. I saw two trailer parks but they look like permanent residents. Has anyone every lived in this area? Any opinions? It'll be me and a toddler moving in...

I've lived near there. Its fine. Nothing to worry about. For the most part, North Phoenix is a pretty desirable area with a good school district. It starts changing once you get near Bell Road. 32nd st from Bell-Greenway is more questionable, but it steadily improves as you move north.

The area is GREAT! My fiance's family lives right there on 32nd and Beardsly in the housing on the east side of 32nd St. The houses are newer, and you're in a perfect location, you can hop on the 101 or 51 within minutes.

The trailer parks are more north near rose garden, but are mostly older people and I rarley see crime up there.

If you have any questions about the area feel free to ask I have lived in the general area most of my life.
