From Queen Creek to Sky Harbor airport?

I will be dropping off my car at a friends house in Queen Creek and then will need a cab ride to the airport.

That's going to be VERY expensive. Google maps says it's 34.2 miles. Discount Cab, just one example, 2.95 for the flag drop, 1.95 per mile, 28.00/hr traffic delay. So, you are talking about 70.00 or so.

Super Shuttle would make more sense.. that will be expensive compared to their closer in fares, (looks like approximately 44.00) but not what a cab ride would cost.

Thanks.

www.supershuttle.com

It's a shared ride service, so they may pick you up much earlier than you would leave if you were driving yourself or using a cab, but aside from that, it beats a cab.

Another choice would be to take a cab from QC to Mesa's light rail station and for $1.75 ride the rest of the way to the airport. Super Shuttle would run about $25 or so for each person making it a $50 dollar ride, but the cab/light rail option might run you $10-15+ dollars less as a total for two...just an idea. Super Shuttle usually makes a lot of stops and from QC would probably pick you up many hours before your flight, but as observer pointed out, Super Shuttle is still convenient and much cheaper than a cab.
