Me and my girlfriend are looking to rent a 1 bd. condo at Hayden Square in Tempe, starting around july or august but have had no luck in finding an available place. I know that it is in high demand but I feel like I should be able to find somethings. Any suggestions, maybe a good site to search. If anyone knows of an available unit please let me know.

I was also thinking there may be a certain leasing company that leases multiple properties in the complex, any idea?

Thanks for the help, Brett

You could have a real estate agent set up a search for you for that particular area. When a condo becomes available, you'll automatically get an e-mail letting you know. Right now there are 2 rentals, but they are both 2 bedroom.

Looks like a pretty cool spot - right next to the light-rail!
