So, I'm moving to Phoenix for a job and have started looking for houses. I was hoping you all could give me your opinion on a few areas I am looking at. I will be working out west, so the realtor has sent me listings in Avondale, Glendale and Peoria and 85037 in Phoenix. I am in my mid 20's and wanted your opinons on the locations and if they are good, safe areas to live in. There seems to be some really nice houses at great deals. Thank you so much!!
