I need some help. I'm going to be buying a home at Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria. I work in Tempe. I will need to find a place to stay in Tempe or thereabouts during the week because it's too far to drive. Any ideas? Any and all help will be appreciated!

What the heck? Why wouldn't you just buy a house closer to work? Are you looking to buy a second house close to work or looking for a rental?

Check out the extended stay hotels but the main question why would you even consider that commute gotta be an hour each way. Tempe is already one of the best cities in the valley you should make your life easier.

I'm going to retire in 3 years. I need to make it work for 3 years until I do!

If you insist on doing this, I'd suggest you consider renting a room from someone. Will be cheaper and far more secure than an empty apartment when you are not there. And way more comfortable than an extended stay motel.

There is a Residence Inn @ Baseline and Priest if this is the option you want to go.

I make that commute once a month. It is one and a half hours during rush hour. Three hours a day during peak hours.
