Anyone willing to post pics of what area, neighborhoods, surroundings look like. Been on google earth looking at adresses of homes for sale. Seems neighborhoods are very "suburbia". Is this the norm for this area of country ? What are good and bads about it.

Thank you much.

Gilbert will look like everything else in the valley it's all the same cookie cutter houses and same strip malls. You can go from one end of the valley to the other and it all blends together.

So much has already been posted on Gilbert. You can find some of it here. For pictures just do a Google search on Gilbert AZ and then click the Images link to see some pictures.

Have seen a lot of the "main" areas. Looking for some nieborhood pics, other than the satellite views. I know Gilbert has a ton of threads. I have read tons of them.

Except for some of the older areas with larger lots, or some of the areas with man made lakes, pictures of the subdivisions are all going to be very similar. You need to come and actually see for yourself, from the ground!

I've started a photo blog about Gilbert. There aren't any neighborhood photos, but there are some parks, community activities, etc. I have a LOT more work to do, but you'll get a little taste of the town.
