or Chandler Parc....

Does anyone have any stories about the places? Live there?

I am trying to stick close to Chandler area to cut 20 minutes off of my commute to work and obviously save on gas. So, any reviews are welcome.... I know the area pretty well, but not the actual apartment complexes.

thanks

I'm not familiar with any of those, but Ocotillo Bay seems to be the furthest away from PHX, but maybe the nicest location. Chandler Parc, if its the one at Ray and Alma School is an inferior location, I would rule it out. Chandler Court is closest to PHX and also close to chandler fashion center. I would go with either this or ocotillo bay from the three you listed. There's plenty of other choices, but I'm assuming you only have these three to choose from?

Really any in Chandler I can choose from...LIving in Ahwatukee now adn the area is nice but apt complex sucks. I put up with it b/c of the rent price, but I drive all the way into Florence for work and if I weigh gas prices versus living back in Chandler I would rather live in chandler again and pay a little more for rent. If it ends up evening out, Chandler is nicer than the hole I am in now. I have lived at 2 really nice places in Chandler but I am at work so much I don't enjoy them as much as one should for the rent I paid. So, I am okay with living in an older, not as flashy place that is nice enough and saving money. It's a year or 2 so no more Marc Taylor 1000 a month places. I like the 6-700 a month ones.

Honestly, my only req. is that the washer and dryer are inside the unit, not on the back porch. Also, due to friends and family needs it would have to be on the first floor....nothing else is required.

If anyone has any other places I would be all ears, happily! Thanks

My husband has been in a 1 bedroom in Chandler Court since January. It does have an apartment stackable washer and dryer in the unit. The units are older, but they are clean. Chandler Ct are Casita style apartments, which means there is no one above or below you. They do have townhouse style apartments for rent also. He likes the apartment and the area. He has a small front porch so he can have a small bbq. He has had no problems with neighbors being loud either. The office people have been really easy to deal with. It is pretty centrally located for him to get to work and shopping. Hope this helps

I'd recommend anything that's near the Chandler fashion mall, that is a very nice area without being too expensive.
