Just got a new Book:

Wiley-VCH - Jaworski, William - Philosophy of Mind

So far it is excellent in depth and clarity. Contemporary and complex ideas are clearly expounded and outlined. Everybody interested should have this book. Everything from Idealism to Hylomorphism (the author's favorite). Fair and balanced with pros and cons for each theory. I wish someone else would get it so I could chat it up.

Why not just pick a chapter...and chat away...it's always interesting to hear others points of view.

I'm reading the sample chapter now. You're right, it seems very accesable. I'll get home tonight and see if I can download it on a kindle.

It does not present a single point of view - it is a comprehensive introduction. Plus, I have not finished it - just started - it came out earlier this year.
