what about drexelbrook apartments? i was gonna move to the townhomes. right now they have specials for $1025

Has a great downtown area, surrounded by mostly older homes on the smaller side and newer homes that you will pay through the nose for. Walkable downtown is the draw and the schools are very good but I prefer neighboring Wallingford-Swarthmore school district as they are even better and the people are liberal and super nice, nice assortment of homes at various price points...just a quaint little area with some green space but you have to go to Media if you want to walk and shop...
