Hi. I am looking at townhomes in the Blue Bell Woods community in Blue Bell, near Wings Field, which was built by Toll Bros. in the late 80's. Is there any reason that I would want to avoid this development? I have only found one mention of these townhomes in this forum. The author of that post said she loved Blue Bell and mentioned in passing that she lived in Blue Bell Woods, but didn't say anything else about it specifically.
