I am looking for some ideas of towns to look at please. Possible move to Pennsylvania. Job will be in Conshohoken. Would like to have commute no more then 30 minutes. Love towns like Doylestown because farm like feel and very peaceful and scenic. Looking for an area that has newer constructions(10 years or less) in 500 range with 1/2 acre of land. Need very good school district. Recommendations of towns that fit this bill. Thank you!

I might recommend Phoenixville, specifically Schuylkill Township. It's probably a 25 minute commute to Conshy, and is similar to Doylestown. The school district is very good, and $500,000 will give you a good range of housing options.

I'm not sure there's a bad school district within 30 minutes of Conshohocken unless you look right there or in Philadelphia. I think Doylestown is a good choice but according to Google maps, it will take you 50 minutes to get there.

Check in the Methacton School District. Newer construction on larger lots, and still has a rural feel because the locals are very anti-development. Worcester Township would be where I'd look first. About 1/2 hour from Conshohocken, give or take. There is a brand new development with homes on tiny lots over $500k but look around for newer construction (~10 year old).
