Hey All,

I was recently recruited and then hired at a financial institute in Center City. I currently live in the suburbs, and am not sure when I am going to be permanently moving down into the city. I want to have the option of leaving the apartment behind if I move elsewhere/marry/move back to the suburbs. Are there any apartment buildings in the city that offer fully furnished apartments? Or even partial? I don't want to have to unload a bunch of needless furniture if I move. I am an extreme minimalist (basically a bed and a fridge will do). I am mainly focusing my search on Filter Square, Rittenhouse Square, and the Avenue of the Arts. Would consider other areas but must be within Center City limits. No Fishtowns/No-libs/Fairmont for this girl! My price range is ideally between 1400-2000, but can go as high as 2500. I just started dating someone about 2 weeks ago, so as of now I'm on my own and don't need a large apartment, but I also am not splitting rent and would like to go as low as possible so I can build my nest-egg. Studio and/or one bed room is fine. Doorman/security a must. Prefer modern settings. Gym would be nice but not necessary.

Thanks in advance all!

There are several buildings, The Windsor comes to mind and the Sterling and homewood suites. Also AKA. Do you know how to use google advance search? Only problem is these arrangements are shockingly expensive.
