Not to your NEIGHBORHOD SCHOOL. No you do not. I now have to because the neighborhood school is no longer the one down the block, but the one ten whole blocks away. So now, I have to apply to the next closest school.

I've learned one very important thing about Philadelphia in the year (just celebrated my anniversary) I've been here.

If something bad happens, it's Philadelphia's fault.

If a crime happens, it's because Philadelphia's an awful city. Not because there are crime problems all over this country. If a panhandler person hassles you, it's Philadelphia's fault. Nowhere else has panhandlers. If a train is late, it's because Philadelphia sucks. Not to mention most cities don't even have trains. And, if a school district boundary changes, it's Philadelphia's fault. It has nothing to do with the fact that school boundaries and complicated things that fluctuate. No - it's Philadelphia's fault. Nowhere else in the world has this problem, just Philadelphia.

It would be hilarious if it wasn't just so embarrassing.
